How do I use Breast-Warmers™?

Collecting colostrum and expressing: Wear Breast-Warmers ™ 20-30 min prior to starting session to achieve improved flow and greater yield.

Blocked milk ducts and prevent mastitis: Wear most of the time, or all the time.

Engorgement: Wear 20-30 min before feeding if you are engorged to prevent the milk "getting stuck" which can cause blocked ducts. Blocked ducts can in turn cause mastitis.

Vasospasm: Wear Breast-Warmers ™ all the time for Vasospasm.

Breast-Warmers™ in Merino Wool are very thin and super soft, this tricot style of wool fabric makes them pliable sitting flat inside your bra. Measuring 13.5 cm.
Our alternative product Breast-Warmers Wool Fleece are warmer, thicker and larger measuring 16 cm.
You can wear nursing pads with both styles, while the wool fleece variety being more suited as it's larger and shaped.

Both are certified by Oeko-Tex and reusable. Gentle hand or machine wash in cold to warm water. No fabric softener. Dry flat.

Remember your baby needs to latch correctly, if you find this difficult or are unsure what it means, please see a Lactation Consultant for help, they can make all the difference to your breastfeeding journey.
